Only reason I gave the store 4 stars is because I just bought a pair of Brazos boots on 11/15 that were advertised as slip resistant, oil resistant, and waterproof for 4 inches that was not. According to policy I cannot return them even after one use. The worse part was that the boot absorbs water through the top of the toe which isn’t even one inch of the ground and the lace guide on the tongue was ripped on one boot when I first put them on. I should have bought the Ariats.

It’s like they don’t want you to shop there. Terrible attitudes, they lie on these responses. Never got a call they never tried to make it right. Go to Cabela’s what a way better experience and worth the drive. -Dan

It was not, so i called on Monday NOV 3rd 2025 there was no status update. The next day passes by and nothing. So today NOV 5th 2025 I call to check the status of it and then i was informed its been ready since Monday the 3rd..... Not a text or phone call or email to let me know to come and pick up my item. And yes i would check online with the order number and nothing would show on it. But the kicker is when i called today to check on my item it seemed as if i need to come and get it now or else.... I hope it gets better in the near future.

When I calmly said that thiabis terrible customer service after they tried to blame me the “customer” saying you came at a bad time. The manager Christian was a horrible jerk who tried to make me out to be in reasonable when I told him he had terrible customer service. What a joke. I was spending hundreds of dollars there but canceled the order and will never be back. I will drove to Cabelas then ever shop here again and I will spread how I was treated to all the veteran and military community. No wonder the store is always empty.

A guy called someone to come and help us but after 15 mins they still weren’t there. He needed up asking them about 3 more times on when they were going to be there. I ended up leaving in the end because I was at 20 minutes of waiting at that point.
