They stink so bad because they’re plastic and not breathable at all. No matter what we did is not working. We tried washing them….The whole house stinks because of these shoes. And we have experience with soccer shoes I have three kids who play soccer all the time for 11 years. That’s why you should shop only at Dick’s. They always stand by their products and care for their customers.

They just pointed and said there should be some over there in that direction, instead of actually taking the time to show me. I understand I probably looked like a bum from just getting off a 10hr shift at a restaurant in the back of the house, but that's no excuse to not help a first time customer as your store is pretty big and hard to find exactly what you're looking for if you've never been there before. I still made a purchase, but hated myself for doing so. I just really needed the item I purchased. You all have got to do better with customer service! At least the cashier was nice.
- GSGarrett SmithSep 15, 20251.0I recently ordered a Firearm into the store. I was not allowed to inspect the firearm before signing paperwork and was only able to inspect it once I got home. I found damage from shipping and found the frame chipped. Since Academy has a no return policy I am now screwed with a brand new damaged firearm. If you order any firearms to Academy make sure they let you inspect it so you can make sure they have not damaged the firearm in shipping. Do not let them keep the firearm away from you so you cannot inspect it. Very dissapointed with my interaction. Sportsmans will be my go to from now on.
