  I recently had the pleasure of working with Justin to purchase my first luxury watch (Rolex Explorer II) and could not have been happier with the experience. Justin was respectful and took the time to listen to my wants in my first watch and offered several different options before I settled on the Explorer II. All of the staff that my wife and I had the pleasure of meeting were wonderful and very helpful. I am very much looking forward to adding to my watch collection in the future!

  Walked in to get my first Rolex and had the pleasure of working with Haiden. Really helpful and helped answer all my questions. I am now on the list for a Datejust and can’t wait to get the call!

  I’m unfortunately very disappointed with my experience purchasing my wife’s wedding ring here. We scheduled a meeting a month in advance, and despite confirming again the week before, the salesman forgot about our appointment entirely the day of and had to rush in to meet us after 45 minutes. During the visit, he did not write down my wife’s ring size, which felt utterly careless given the importance of the purchase. He also struggled to provide meaningful details about the diamond I eventually did purchase and I had to push him to discuss with the diamond finder in order to get more information beyond just the GIA grading, which made the process feel rushed and lacking expertise. To be fair, I am happy with the diamond, and I suspect that’s due to their internal diamond finder rather than the in-store guidance. However, the overall experience was marked by poor organization and a noticeable lack of professionalism and care, which was disappointing for such an important purchase. There was also no post purchase check in to see if we are still happy with the ring, which is something I’ve been accustomed to by other reputable jewelers (even just a block down the street). We will look elsewhere for our future purchases.

  I've had the pleasure of visiting OC Tanner several times to pick up or drop off items for my wife, and was always impressed with the friendly and service focused staff. Recently, I decided to create a special tribute to honor my grandfather, who passed away in September, and I knew OC Tanner was the perfect place to make this idea a reality. Although I had never personally shopped at OC Tanner before, their local presence, reputation of excellence, and dedication to service made them a clear choice. Becca Carr and Alex Hughes went above and beyond to assist me in designing and creating a meaningful tribute to my grandfather. I am grateful for the support and care provided by the team at OC Tanner. They have made a difference in honoring a great man who will always hold a special place in my heart.   Had an excellent walk-in experience shopping for a new watch. The salesman was extremely helpful discussing different brands, references and features and allowed ample time for me to try on pieces and evaluate some options. Very happy with my final purchase and would definitely recommend! This is how a boutique experience should be
