Prices on toddler clothes gets ridiculous. They will have cute tops but used for over 5 bucks . Sometimes stains even and selling them over priced. I come here to buy clothes for my daughter. The fact all these are donations and marked so high for one piece of toddler clothing is much. This place is run my the Church which makes billions of dollars. Winter is here basically and trying to find new quick clothes for my daughter can be hard on a budget especially as a single mom.

So a friend of mine went to d.i. today with his dog (the sweetest dog ever) n they got kicked out for supposedly the dog growling n barking at people. For one that dog will n won't hurt anyone n for two she never barks or growls at anybody so if d.i. wants to be this way I'm never going back there again n I'll make sure that my friends n family will never go back there again. But of course d.i. will deny this cause they r Mormons n supposedly the Mormons r always right n they say they will help anyone only if u go to church n give them money will they help u. I'm a 47 year old man single n on disability n they won't even help me with a food order how pathetic is that n they say they will help anyone that's a flat out lie. I'll never go back to d.i. ever again

I would suggest taking donations to Savers where the workers are polite and helpful. Each time I have made donations here the workers are rude and unhelpful. Today I got out of my car and the same guy who usually acts annoyed that you’re there making a donation sat on his phone texting and didn’t even acknowledge me. Another worker had to catch his attention and yell that he had a car right in front of him. I didn’t know where they wanted me to set the donations so I sat there awkwardly for quite a long period of time. When the workers did finally come help they acted annoyed just like previous experiences I’ve had.

An employee at this location named "judy" not only insulted my clothes but also unnecessary marked up an item and on a separate item implied that I removed a tag to make it cheaper. I came in and grabbed only 3 items, when I went to check out she looked me up and down and commented on my shirt. Judy said "that sweater looks my mine after my gerbil got to it" then she grabbed my second that clearly stated the item was .50 she then proceeded to tell me its now a dollar while laughing like it was some kind of joke. When Judy grabbed the last item she couldn't find the price tag, I informed her that when I found the item it was marked a dollar, I tried to politely explain it must've fallen off, she glared at me like I said something offensive and then began questioning me, insinuating I had removed the tag. This is not the first time I have been treated rudely at this provo location, I have never received this kind of treatment at the Springville location.
