Although the store looks spotless and there are some sales that are being promoted, the customer service at this location is NON-EXISTENT. There were probably 3-4 gals working that night but there was no greeting, no acknowledgment to any customers walking around/shopping around. Staff was chit-chatting to themselves, while other employees were just doing the robotic restocking of items, and not making any eye contact with any customers at all. I even took the time to sit and try on a pair of shoes, and no one came up to ask if I needed help or were looking for a pair in another size. Left the place not wanting to buy anything as it felt pretty cold in there. First time coming into a location where customer service was lacking.
