  I truly enjoy every shopping experience at from the Earth whether it’s the downtown location or state line or even independence. Every location has the Friendliest staff, the prices are always competitive and you can actually shop for accessories merchandise and more in store, which is so rare and dispensaries. Highly recommend.

  Today I pulled up to the establishment only to find a very small sign that has been placed on their door stating they had a company party - I was completely blindsided by this as a customer, because their website gave no one indication that they were closed outside of regular business hours. This is not the first time this poor communication has happened at this location. This was the second time that I placed an order on their website, was not given any indication from the website that they were closed due to whatever, and drove all the way to the location. Just to be informed by a small piece of paper they’re closed - not even one you’d be able to read from the car. A very small sign, covered in small text mainly talking bout sales and a QR code for gummies. No, “we apologize for the inconvenience.” Nobody to talk to, nothing, no communication outside of something that is typed in your standard 10 mm front. I’ve even gotten all the way inside, was putting my order in on the tablet attached to the wall, when the tablet told me I couldn’t put the order in because they were “closed” while I’m STANDING INSIDE. No sympathy from staff. No explanation. Nothing. They just looked at me like I was in the wrong even though they let me in, took my ID, and had other customers who had already placed orders. If the cut off for close was that soon and the tablet auto locks the customer out (as it did to me) THEY should have communicated that. As the customer, it is not my job to be aware of all the ins and out of the business. They very clearly do not care about losing customers due to lack of communication. I’ve spent a good $2,000 or more easily (I know due to points) but enough is enough. This location has zero respect for communication between them and the customer. It is revolting

  Tonight marks the third time in 2026 that I’ve been unable to pick up an order because this location closed early without notice to customers until after the store was already closed. At this point, I’ll be avoiding this company entirely and recommending others do the same. I don’t pay dispensary markups just to gamble on whether the store will honor its posted hours

  I had such an amazing experience with Anthony B at From the Earth! From the moment I walked everyone was so pleasant and polite. Anthony was especially personable and made me feel completely comfortable. His knowledge and attention to detail really stood out, and you can tell he genuinely cares about the experience he’s providing. He went above and beyond to make everything memorable, and it truly made my visit feel special. It’s not often you come across someone who combines professionalism with such a warm, genuine presence. I can’t recommend Anthony enough—he absolutely made my day. I hope he has the best week ever, because he definitely deserves it!

  I left a 1 star review explaining my issues about broken devices due to bad quality. I was told to call to “make things right” the lady had no idea how to help and told me I was out of luck. Why would you tell people to call a number to resolve an issue that has not been brought up to anyone, thanks for making things right guys. In all reality they should refund my purchase and I would continue so spend good money on products, but they don’t seem to like that so I will take my business elsewhere unless they resolve the issue. After all of this I asked for a receipt that was on a purchase made from my account so I can request a refund from the original company, the worker told me they don’t keep them even though I made the purchase on my phone number that they can track every purchase I have made
