  I had a great experience at the Newport Beach (Hyde Park) location. My sales person was Josh Baiza and he was great about keeping in touch and having the watch pulled aside when I was ready to check it out in person. No pressure from his end and he's also a true enthusiast so having an interesting conversation about watches was part of the fun. I highly recommend!

  I recently bought a certified used Rolex at this location. Michael Burke took excellent care of me. He helped me locate the perfect watch and had it shipped from back east. Everything promised, happened. I will bring future business back to Michael. Erica Brun sells new watches. She put a request in the system for a new model that will be coming in the next few months. She had set me up with Michael, good choice. Dylan in service took my older Datejust in for service. The procedure was clearly stated and again great customer service. Overall I am very pleased with my service at this store. This is especially in contrast to the Rolex store in South Coast Plaza and Bobs Watches in Newport. The difference is “night and day”. I will never return to those stores. In conclusion, I love my new watch. My older Rolex is being services and I can’t wait for the new style to become available

  Amazing experience at 1916 Company/Hyde Park. Definitely the best retail experience I’ve ever had. I bought my fiancée’s engagement ring here with Valerie. From the second I met Valerie, she delivered exceptional service. She walked me through the entire ring buying process in detail and I never felt any pressure to buy anything. I had no expectations for a Rolex allocation but Valerie vouched for me and fought to get me the watch I asked for. Keeping me updated throughout the process. Valerie was responsive, friendly, and overall the most pleasant sales associate I’ve ever dealt with. She went above and beyond her duties. I will be continue to give my business to the 1916 company because of her. Thank you Valerie! See you for the next one!

  Tremendous experience working with Feri at Tudor. She did an amazing job securing me the piece I wanted, even though it wasnt the easiest to get. Two days later I requested another piece and almost immediately she had it secured for me. I also spoke to the Rolex professionals to request a piece after buying a couple Tudor watches and they were top notch and very knowledgeable. I am already excited to get another piece from 1916. Would 10/10 recommend. Professionals from top to bottom.
