Literally, items which were given to them for FREE! I recently bought 3 NCAA football jerseys all of which weigh 1.3-1.5 lbs. each or an approximate total weight of 4.3 lbs. I offered to pay up to 7 lbs. ship weight which is incredibly generous because this location ships in either plastic or Tyvek bags which weigh less than a lb. total. The employee servicing my order was dismissive and non-helpful when I brought the issue up multiple times. This warehouse charged me 12.2 lbs. for 4.3 lbs. of sports paraphrenia. Attached is a screenshot of my order before I paid. As a high volume buyer on the SGW platform, I've put this location on my "naughty - do not buy from" list. Until they resolve their shipping discrepancies, I encourage others to take their business to other state's SGW locations where they are treated fairly and not dismissed.
