  Selection was pretty sparse for anything other than straight legged or jogger type bottoms. Store was very clean and the young lady who helped me when I walked in was VERY pleasant. Upon checkout the items were not priced correctly and the discounts not applied. Cashier was busy talking with her colleague during the check out process and did not answer my questions as to why items were not correctly priced or placed in the proper section.

  I had such a wonderful experience at Scrubs & Beyond, all thanks to Kia. From the moment I walked in, Kia greeted me with a warm smile and genuine enthusiasm. She wasn’t just helpful, she went above and beyond to make sure I found exactly what I needed. I came in feeling a little overwhelmed by all the options, but Kia made the entire process feel easy, even fun. She listened to what I was looking for, offered thoughtful suggestions, and made sure the scrubs I chose fit perfectly and met all the requirements. But what really stood out was her kindness and patience. Kia treated me like more than just a customer, she treated me like a person. That level of care is rare, and it truly made my day. Scrubs & Beyond is lucky to have someone like Kia on their team. Her professionalism, knowledge, and sincere personality make her a standout employee, and I’ll absolutely be back because of her. Thank you, Kia, for making shopping such a positive and personal experience. You turned a simple trip for scrubs into a reminder that great service and great people still exist.

  KIA IS EXTREMELY RUDE AND YOU CAN TELL SHE HAS A ROUGH PERSONAL LIFE & SHE BRINGS IT TO WORK. SHE PICKS & CHOOSES WHO SHE SAYS HI TO WITH A FAKE SMILE. SHES A BOOT LICKER TO YT PEOPLE IT SEEMS BECAUSE SHE SURE DIDNT GREET ME AT ALL. IF THIS IS THE KIND OF PEOPLE YOU HAVE WORKING FOR YOUR ESTABLISHMENT THEN BUSINESS WILL HURT, BECAUSE IN THE MEDICAL FIELD EVERYONE IS TAUGHT TO BE UNBIASED & TO BE OPEN TO TREATING EVERYONE WITH RESPECT, DOESNT MATTER WHAT COLOR YOU ARE OR WHAT ETHNICITY. KIA DEFINITELY SHOWED ZERO INTEREST WITH NO GREET AND NO EFFORT TO PROVIDE CUSTOMER SERVICE SPECIALLY AT CHECKOUT. NOT ONCE DID SHE ASKED OR ACKNOWLEDGE OUR GROUP IN STORE. WE ARE LONG TIME CUSTOMERS AS WE HAVE COME FROM A FAMILY OF NURSES AND DOCTORS. SHE FAILED TO PROVIDE US WITH THE DISCOUNT SHE IS SUPPOSED TO IMPLEMENT AT THE TIME OF CHECKOUT AND DID NOT, ALSO FAILED TO EXPLAIN WHY. NOW I KNOW WHAT SHE WAS SUPPOSED TO DO, APPLY THE DISCOUNT AND IF SHE WAS NOT SEEING IT IN THE SYSTEM, SHE DIDNT BOTHER TO ASK FOR THE PRACTICE OR HOSPITAL NAME, DOCTOR'S NAME, JUST COMPLETE DISREGARD. TO NOT MAKE A SCENE, I DID NOT WANT TO WASTE TIME WITH HER SO I LEFT ALL THE UNIFORMS AND ONLY PURCHASED ONE. I WILL BE TAKING MY BUSINESS ELSEWHERE AS WELL AS FOR MY ENTIRE STAFF AND WILL BE SHARING THIS INFORMATION WITH COLLEAGUES AND THEIR STAFF TO SHOP ELSEWHERE UNTIL KIA IS NOT IN STORE. I WOULD NOT HAVE HER REPRESENTING MY BUSINESS. CUSTOMERS AND PATIENTS ARE TO NEVER RECEIVE THIS TYPE OF TREATMENT.

  The sales associates were absolutely unhelpful, distracted, and rude to my husband and I. I would never come back to this location. Also, they no longer carry Sketchers brand in the store for some reason.
