Nasty toilets, rude employees, and extremely slow checkout (despite the fact literally no customers are there) these are best ways to lose your loyal customers. In my case I was in to purchase a hunting rifle and got met with a guy named Kyle with a nasty rude attitude, I walked up and left wasn’t going to put up with that. It doesn’t take much to at least being polite.

When I asked questions about the background check—explaining that I’ve had issues before due to having a very common name—the woman behind the counter mocked me by throwing up quotation marks and saying “riiight.” I was taken aback but still tried to proceed with my purchase. When I spoke with the gentleman at the counter, he was also dismissive and short. After I explained my situation, he snarked, “Well, I’ve been here 5 years and never heard of that,” and then told me, “Too bad, I’ve got customers ahead of you, it’ll take at least 45 minutes to an hour.” My brother and I decided to leave at that point. I later called and spoke with a manager (Todd or Josh, I don’t recall exactly), but he didn’t seem to care either. Overall, this was a very disappointing experience. I walked in prepared to spend serious money, but the way I was treated was unprofessional, rude, and completely unnecessary. Unfortunately, I won’t be returning....
