The team at the store was friendly, professional, and really knew their stuff. No pushy sales talk, just genuine service and passion for the brand. The watch itself is fantastic, classic design, excellent feel, and you can tell the craftsmanship is top level. I appreciated how they took the time to explain all the functions and make sure everything was perfectly set up. All in all, a very positive experience. You can feel the difference when people take pride in what they do. Thank you Albert and Jean Luc!

If you are in the market for a new watch, I highly recommend visiting this boutique. Everyone there is very nice, and knowledgeable about all of the watches. They all play a part in giving you a memorable experience that you would expect at an establishment like this. I cannot say enough about how Jean-Luc, in particular, went above and beyond to make sure I got exactly what I wanted. He had the Breitling Chronomat GMT with the blue dial, special ordered for me, and I couldn't be happier with it! So stop by, and you will make some new friends, and probably leave with a new watch...or two. đ
- MMMichael MannJul 30, 20251.0Wear your Versace suit or expect to be treated like you're trying to rob the place. While in town on a business trip I wanted to show my friend and colleague a watch I was planning to buy. But since I forgot to pack my Gucci shoes we were greeted by the salesman by asking us "if we were lost." I was pretty shocked and should have left right then and there, but I still wanted to show my friend the watch. After clearly displaying that I knew more about Breitling watches than this salesman, we decided to leave without purchasing anything for obvious reasons. After the salesman handed back my watch and taking the watch I had tried on we left the store. 10 feet away from the door it came swinging open quickly with very same salesman asking for the watch back. The one I handed him in exchange for my watch less than a minute earlier. So to summarize, upon entering we were immediately spoken down to simply because of our appearance, and then accused of stealing a watch. I will purchase the watch I want, but I will never buy it from this store.
