  Visited the shop out in Terrell. They had a great selection of gas logs. We found the set we wanted and set up the installation. They were very good at communicating and scheduling the install. When they came and installed, the guys were on time, courteous and professional. They did the install quickly and efficiently and cleaned up after themselves. They also checked my other logs that someone else installed and gave us some suggestions. Great job!

  Our gas fireplace suddenly started putting out a lot of soot. I called Blazin Hot Fireplaces to explain our problem and to ask if they did service calls. I spoke to Kevin who proceeded to ask questions and asked if I could send pics thru text messaging to determine what type logs we had. (I didn’t know if they were vented or vent free). He then called my husband’s number and walked him thru some different things and in the end the problem was fixed! You don’t often (if ever) get this type of service when he could have made a service call and charged us a fee! In my opinion, he went above and beyond to help us out and I’m very grateful for that! We will definitely use this business for any future needs and I will be recommending him to anyone needing help with their gas fireplace! Thank you again, Kevin!

  I called blazing hot fireplaces today because my pilot light on my ventless fireplace would go out after a few minutes. After scheduling A service appointment, Meagan asked me to send her a picture of my fireplace. When I did, she let me know that my ember material was too thick and told me how to fix the problem. I did, and the fireplace has been burning ever since. She saved me a service call, and helped keep my family warm this weekend. Blazing hot fireplaces has now gained a customer for life. Thank you for your time and customer service. I can't recommend this store highly enough.

  Great company and wonderful service.. We bought a gas fireplace and a wood burning stove 5 years ago and have Blaz’in Hot come out to check and clean it every year. Small enough to know you by name, and large enough to do anything you need.
