I went in to exchange my scrub pants that still had tags attached, and she immediately assumed I had worn and ironed them, which was completely untrue — those creases were clearly from how they’re packaged from the factory. Her attitude was unprofessional and made the whole experience unpleasant. To be fair, not everyone at this location is bad — Tiffany was amazing, and another young lady (whose name I didn’t catch) was also very kind and helpful. But because of Chloe’s behavior, I won’t be returning to the Selma store again. I ended up going to the 1604 location, and Amber and Yvette were absolutely wonderful! They treated me with professionalism and respect, and they even confirmed that the pants looked and smelled brand new. I’ll gladly drive the extra distance for that level of customer service.
