I pressed it multiple times didn’t work, nothing happened. Then I asked him no less then 4 times if there’s something I should be doing or am I doing something wrong to which he stood there and said nothing. I asked him two more times before he answered and said anything to me. I get that the payment issue wasn’t on his end, but he could at least acknowledge and answer me when I’m asking a question. - RLRob LDec 21, 20251.0Don't buy from here. Go to Dicks or REI. Acadamy sells bottom of the barrel. I bought equipment that had faulty parts in it. Some things are usable while some are not. It's extremely heavy and I live far enough away that I don't want to lug it back since I can use some of it. I called this store multiple times to address this situation. No one would pick up. I tried the online chat and they offered me $20 coupon on my next purchase. I said no thanks I want a partial refund as this is on Acadamy and time is money so it costs me gas and my time to bring it back. After back and forth I offered to settle for $40 coupon and call it a day. I spent almost $200. They said "at this time the conversation will end and you'll have to address this with the store that will call you." No one called. If they did they did not leave a VM. Just don't buy from here. They sell shoddy products and refuse accountability. Again just go to their competitors that have better equipment.
