- NSNathan S4 days ago1.0Y’all need to do some customer service training. Especially with the guy at the gun counter (Hispanic guy with the tat sleeve). I stood in line with one person ahead of me for 20 minutes. This guy never even asked me what he could help me with and barely acknowledged me. I already knew the product I wanted and just needed to check out. Could have easily done that while the customer in front of me filled out his paperwork. Dude was lazy and clearly didn’t want to be there. My 200 dollars will be spent down the street at Murdochs instead.

The one time I finally got someone, they put me back on hold and I went right into the loop where no one answers the phone. This is unacceptable. It’s ridiculous. Someone needs to do something about this. I’ve seen other complaints about this, and all I see is a fluffed up response saying that customer service is important to you and you’ll address it. Well, if it was addressed, why is it still happening?

They said you can buy as many as you want. Was very satisfied with there customer service and professionalism. Will forever come back to academy from now on.
