- LLLYCSep 24, 20231.0Accompanied my son today as I was helping him look for nursing scrubs. I am surprised at how unprofessional, rude, and bothered the associates treated us. I am appalled that this even happened, it's unbelievable. I just want to tell the older associate, there was no need for that snarky smile you gave to the other associate. I understand it was a Sunday, but if you truly do not want to help do not work in this field. She kept saying we don't have that size but after looking on my own, I found the correct size that he needed. Even though they were unwelcoming we still purchased the scrubs here. Upper management needs to be made aware of this. We went to another medical scrub location immediately after and the difference in customer service does not even compare. The other location went above and BEYOND assisting my son which is what we expected from you!

They helped me find the perfect scrubs (I'm a bit on the larger side) they made sure I left comfortable and satisfied with my purchase... unfortunately the only con I have is that it is super hot in that store. I felt like I was in a sauna. My heart goes out to the ladies there. We live in texas and I couldn't possibly be able to work in that condition.
