  My fiancé went in today to try on wedding dresses. She waited in line for over 20 minutes for the dressing room, which was fine, but it’s important later. When she was trying on dresses another person came in the store and picked a few dresses to try on and was waiting about 5 minutes. Mirian, from behind the counter, made a rude comment about other people waiting. Later, my fiancé approached her about the attitude and mirian doubled down and still treated her with an attitude. The manager, Liz, seemed to recognize that this was an issue, but was put in a tough spot. Basically, to summarize, my fiancés excitement and spirit were broken today. That’s not a fair thing to do to a customer. I hope that the management team takes appropriate action against Mirian. This type of interaction should never happen. I’m sad, my fiancé is sad and my daughter, who witnessed, are all sad. It’s a bad day when you’re told, “this is what I guess I should have expected shopping at the goodwill”

  Had some decent items , but terribly overpriced for the wear and tear on the purses. Lots of costume jewelry. Good selection of formal dress that were actually moderately priced. Whoever is in charge of pricing really needs to look at current demand for items and price them accordingly. I thought the boutique had a buy/sell counter with how over priced their items were which would almost make sense. I am better off raiding Marshalls, and Tj max for brand new finds for lower cost. I thought the eclectic shops in Austin were price gouging. Yikes goodwill

  The staff is always friend and the manager, Jackie, is always welcoming and helpful. I always mange to find goodies.

  Hola goodwill accents, las bolsas de mujer están súper caras como si fueran nuevas, además de sucias por dentro , otras rotas, despintadas , yo de verdad no entiendo si son usadas y las en donación porque tan caras , lo único que puedo decirles es que le bajen un poco a los precios de las bolsas de mujer, porfavor,, yo creo qu así venderían más, tomen mis palabras de una forma amable , lo que si me gusta de esta tienda es el orden y la limpieza, gracias por escucharme
