I had a short suspense order for organization shirt, Patrick was helpful with calling my phone and providing some insights in the ordering process. It’s great there is actually a custom ink store in person. I was able to schedule an appt online for an in person appt with reminders. Brandi was amazing, she was super familiar with creating military shirts and providing some recommendations for colors and design. She also knew which color shirts and brands would work with our uniform. Brandi definitely made the process easier and seamless. Her knowledge, positivity, and background with ordering, military organization shirt designs, and comparison of types of orders/costs made the process painless and not confusing. I would highly recommend custom ink to all organizations looking to make custom shirts. The design changes/recs were also no additional cost. I appreciated the quick turn around and also feedback to make the product/design better.
