  Had an excellent experience at the Carhartt store in San Antonio. The customer service team went above and beyond from the moment I walked in — greeting me right away, offering genuine help, and taking the time to answer all my questions. They were friendly, patient, and really knowledgeable about the products, helping me find exactly what I needed without ever feeling rushed or pressured. You can tell they care about their customers and stand behind what they sell. Overall, it was one of the best retail experiences I’ve had, and I’ll definitely be coming back.

  If I could give this place no stars I would …. My family and I love Carhartt we would always go to tractor supply or dicks to purchase Carhartt . Honestly I believe we will stick to those stores … my nephew went to this location the day before Christmas and the workers where so rude to them .. he was looking for a jacket and one employee told him “ c’mon dude your late you should’ve thought of this .” Late for what ??? Like what ?! This isn’t the first we had an incident here . I was so excited when they opened this store again I knew off the bat the store opening on this side of town was a mistake Carhartt isn’t a trend for fashion . Like it’s made for hard working people .. when I went to go return some items because the fit . No one knew how to do a refund they were just plain out rude to us making things complicated . I had the receipt and everything . Please do better !!!!

  Long story short I’ve been wearing Carhartt since the 90s…long before it was “cool” or “trendy”. So I was extremely excited to find a Carhartt store near me hear in San Antonio. However I was met with disappointment when I finally had the time to go to the store only to find nothing in a 4xl which is my perfect size and fit with anything Carhartt. The employees were very helpful tho. I still love Carhartt just wish that store had my size instead of me having to go to a Murdoch’s or Tractor supply.
