  I recently went in to buy a few jackets. Normally i would just purchase online but with an actual building I could go in and try a few items on! I was immediatly greeted by Marcus who showed me where to go and gave me some great feedback on a couple of options I was torn between. I ended up getting both jackets when i was originally going to get one! I was helped at the register by another friendly employee, Marvin. He was very informative about the rewards program & options to have a certain item delivered to the store i could only find online. I loved his overalls so much I ended up getting a pair for myself. 10/10 stars for customer service. I will be back!

  Nothing against the store workers here but the program they have to trade in your used Carhartt for up to $25 is a scam. They don’t take kids Carhartt for trade in even tho it says that absolutely nowhere on the eligibility listing online. And they gave me $5 for a pair of Carhartt pants that were in perfect condition that I probably paid $70-80 for. They are advertising this trade in program everywhere but it’s really disappointing an not clear at all what they are willing to accept or not. Better luck taking your clothes to Plato’s closet or something for payout considering Carhartt is pretty in-style these days.

  Friendly helpful staff. I can't say enough about how great they are. The store has a lot of stock. Fashionable, and durable. That's why I went there. A little pricey, yeah, but you get what you pay for. I would definitely come here again.

  I SPOKE WITH A YOUNG LADY ON THE PHONE ON 10/28/25 BY THE NAME OF SKY AND EXPLAINED TO HER WHAT I WAS LOOKING FOR IN T SHIRTS AND WAS VERY KIND IN HELPING ME WITH A SHIRT I HAD PURCHACED THAT WAS FADDING AT THE NECK AREA AND SHE TOOK CARE OF IT FOR ME WHEN I GOT TO THE STORE THIER WAS A KOOL GUY BY THE NAME OF MATT AND HE ALSO WENT FAR AND BEYOND TO HOLD A PAIR OF BOOTS UNTIL TODAY. THATS WHAT I CALL AWESOME CUSTOMER SERVICE. THEN WHEN I GOT TO THE STORE A KOOL GUY BY THE NAME OF ALEX ALSO HELP ME OUT AS WELL THESE ARE THE KIND OF AWESOME EMPLOYEES THAT WILL KEEP ME AND MY WIFE COMMING TO YOUR STORE THEY DESERVER A 10 PLUS FOR THERE AWESOME CUSTOMER SERVICE THANK YOU GUYS FOR EVERYTHING!!!!!!
