I went in for what should’ve been a simple, routine refund — I even brought my credit card and ID since I didn’t have the receipt — and instead, I was treated like a criminal. The entire staff went completely out of their way to make the process miserable. I was there for well over an hour, desperately trying to help them do their jobs — searching for the product myself, contacting my credit card company, even calling other store locations to get the SKU number just to make things easier. And how was I treated in return? With open hostility. The manager yelled at me in front of other customers, threatened to withhold my refund for absolutely no reason, and even insulted me personally — making rude, unprofessional comments about my attitude and personality. It was completely uncalled for, disrespectful, and downright abusive. By the time I left, I was shaking with anger and disbelief. No customer should ever be treated like that. I will be calling corporate immediately and filing formal complaints against every employee involved. No one should have to go through what I did — ever.

The inventory for this section was unsatisfactory. Needless to say, there was not much of a selection. The entire time I felt like the employees were running from me to refrain from answering my questions, & even when I did finally talk to someone that knew what I was looking for, they admitted that what they have is what is available. So I had to look elsewhere.
