They asked for the receipt, I said I didn't have it and the lady at customer servive could not have been nicer! She got me squared away and even suggested another item that would go well with what I'd purchased.

They claim they cant print a receipt with the order number i was given through a “text receipt” which they can but simply don’t want to or aren’t properly trained. Luckily another location didn’t make it difficult and made it much easier. Hope the manager trains the employees better. Ridiculous having to deal with so much hassle over returning 2 simple items. Not returning to this location again 👎
