Wear it for a minute, even buy it and take it home. After trying it on a second time, you realize something's not right. I don't know if they get factory defects or if they come from a different manufacturer that they are specifically delivered to outside of whatever comes to foot locker and wherever else journeys, etc. But it has consistently been the case for me over the last. You know two decades that every single time I try and buy shoes at academy I try out multiple types of shoes, multiple sizes and nothing fits right ever.

When I asked about a discount due to the damage, they only offered 5 percent off, which to me is not enough for an item that clearly isn’t in perfect condition. I was disappointed that they weren’t willing to do more, especially given the circumstances, and it felt like they didn’t care about making things right for the customer. Because of this experience, I don’t think I’ll be shopping at Academy again.

Our coupon had expired but they weren't ready to scan the coupon. They said the coupon would work if they scanned it although it had expired but they weren't willing to give us any discounts. If the coupons work after it had expired, I don't know how that could be our problem. What a shame! We ended up walking out and purchasing the same items from Academy online where the coupon worked.
