Apparently they recently established a “All sales final” policy and if you wear the shoes you bought for one day and find them to be very uncomfortable- they are nonreturnable. Academy had a great return policy for years, and I wasn’t informed of this new totalitarian policy when I spent $180 on the only pair of waterproof work boots they had. Now, I’m stuck with an uncomfortable pair of shoes and still have to go buy a different pair at REI where there is ACTUALLY a 365 day return policy that they aren’t going to change without telling their customers.
