I got a mumbled non eye contact response. I felt like I was putting her out by just existing. As someone who has worked with the public for decades, not even being able to fake a smile for two seconds is bad customer relations. The only reason you're getting two stars is because Bobby Hill was awesome and has great customer service skills. He should coach LaWhatever.
