When I walked in the store no one even acknowledged me. There were two employees i noticed, one tall skinny guy and some older lady and I overheard them talking about something inappropriate. I felt so uncomfortable that I walked straight out of the store.

Walked into Watches of Switzerland fully intending to purchase a luxury timepiece for my husband’s 50th birthday. I spent several minutes browsing and intentionally circulating the store, yet no one offered to help or acknowledge me. I even said hello and was met with a stone-cold look rather than a greeting or assistance.
Customer service matters when someone is prepared to make a significant purchase. Unfortunately, this experience made it clear my business wasn’t valued. I’m happy to take my money elsewhere and buy my husband’s watch from a company that understands luxury is about respect, attention, and the overall experience.

I had an absolutely wonderful experience, one that I will truly never forget. From the moment I walked in, my Rolex advisor, Krissy, made everything exceptional. I shared with her how long I had been searching for this particular watch and how deeply meaningful it was to me, and she listened with such genuine care and understanding. Krissy went above and beyond to help me, taking her time and ensuring every detail was perfect. She even personally sized the watch for me, which made the experience feel incredibly special. Being there with my best friend only added to the joy, and Krissy made the entire process beautiful, thoughtful, and truly memorable. Her level of service was outstanding, patient, warm, and deeply attentive. I felt genuinely valued as a client. Vijo, the Director, was also incredibly kind and welcoming. He introduced himself, made sure we were comfortable, and generously offered his finest wine, instantly making us feel at home. His hospitality added an extra layer of warmth to an already exceptional experience. I highly, highly recommend Krissy. She is intelligent, professional, and absolutely outstanding at what she does.
