  I had a great experience at Watches of Switzerland at Legacy West. John was very helpful and professional. I’ve met him several times and he’s always been consistent and welcoming. He helped me purchase my Omega watch today and the whole process was smooth and enjoyable. The entire team is friendly, knowledgeable and genuinely kind. I would definitely recommend Watches of Switzerland and especially John. I’m looking forward to coming back soon to purchase my Rolex watch. Thank you all for the excellent service!

  I stopped by the Rolex store while passing by just to take a look at the watches. I’ve been thinking about getting a new Rolex as a milestone, but I didn’t expect to find the model I wanted in stock. Brent helped me try on several different watches and took the time to explain the various options. He was very helpful and patient throughout the process. Even though they didn’t have the specific watch I was looking for, he offered to add me to the waiting list. I didn’t end up purchasing a watch that day, but overall it was a great experience and I really appreciated the excellent customer service.
