5-star: You took what they have in-stock or had connections there to get what you want.
1-star: Everyone else
Unfortunately, I’m in the 1-star category. I came in asking about a specific DJ model, which is not the most “in-demand” Rolex by any means, it’s known as an attainable model to order.
That said, this store gives the typical narrative blaming Rolex and presenting this big facade that it’s a “privilege” to “GET” to spend 15 thousand dollars on a watch. No one cares! It’s not prestigious and the staff’s fakeness and BS narratives about the wait doesn’t land with me.
I put my name on their “registry of interest” in April 2025 for the specific Datejust I wanted. I visited a 2nd time about 4 weeks later and was given the same reasons why they’re still waiting on the specific model I wanted.
Since then, it’s now November, and I haven’t heard from the sales rep on my “registry of interest” in months.
Total waste of time, and no one is going to wait this long for a standard model and config.
I went back to my other jeweler, and they actually took my request seriously, obtained the watch from Rolex and had it at the AD for me in a few months, which negates everything WoS claimed.
Total waste of time & glad it reaffirmed I should just stick with the other local AD for future purchases!
Extremely disappointing experience. I walked in and was completely ignored, despite the store being far from busy. When I asked for help, the associate responded with a cold, condescending attitude that made it feel like I was inconveniencing them. I waited for another associate, only to be ignored a second time and casually brushed off.
I like to dress down, especially when purchasing "premium" watches, it helps me judge a person’s true character when interacting with them. Glad I did today, because the service here made their attitude perfectly clear.

Went in to resize my Rolex Explorer 2 and it was a pleasant experience. I recently moved to the dallas area and I’m a watch enthusiast. One of the heart breaking part of the move is that I lost the relationship I built with my previous AD but this store seems to be one I will be building that again. Store manager Colby Wilson was very welcoming. He took my top 3 want list and explained a few questions I had patiently. Looking forward to the years of relationship building and now I wait 😄

It’s clear that the entire team respects and values him deeply — and no wonder, he truly deserves his position and, in my opinion, is destined for even greater heights.
Together, Krissy, Jonathan, and Vijo embody what luxury retail should be — a perfect harmony of knowledge, empathy, and authenticity. They’ve built something more than a showroom here; they’ve created an experience that stays with you long after you leave.
My family and I are lifelong clients, and so many of our friends will be visiting soon — not just because of the watches, but because of this incredible team who make you feel truly valued.

Outstanding Experience with Brendan White at Watches of Switzerland
I can’t say enough good things about my experience working with Brendan White at Watches of Switzerland. From the very first interaction, Brendan’s professionalism, knowledge, and enthusiasm stood out. He took the time to truly understand what I was looking for and made me feel like a valued client every step of the way.
When I expressed interest in a Rolex Submariner Date, Brendan set a realistic expectation of around six months for allocation. To my surprise and delight, he reached out just four months later with the amazing news that my timepiece had arrived! Brendan truly exemplified the meaning of under promising and over delivering.
