  I stopped by the Rolex store while passing by just to take a look at the watches. I’ve been thinking about getting a new Rolex as a milestone, but I didn’t expect to find the model I wanted in stock. Brent helped me try on several different watches and took the time to explain the various options. He was very helpful and patient throughout the process. Even though they didn’t have the specific watch I was looking for, he offered to add me to the waiting list. I didn’t end up purchasing a watch that day, but overall it was a great experience and I really appreciated the excellent customer service.

  It is not everyday that you have the opportunity to purchase a wedding gift for your son. That said, words cannot express my gratitude and appreciation to Heidi for making such an occasion so joyful for me.   My experience with this Rolex Authorized Dealer (AD), was fabulous. Krissy Chacon provides supreme service: Her attention to detail, guidance, and personalization in her outreach is above all other watch retailers I’ve met. She was also able to secure a very rare piece in a prompt way, being transparently and helpful along the way. I would also complement Colby the manager, as there was a small issue last minute in packaging and he was very professional and kind in addressing it asap, within 24 hours. Overall my experience procuring a very precious family present was excellent, and they have turned me into a loyal fan for life. Wish them all the best!!
