- SMSara MooreNov 11, 20251.0Academy's customer service in Midland TX is horrible. Have been there many times with 1 or 2 cashiers only. I have never said anything about before. Went there today and only 1 cashier was working. She was doing returns. We were in the line at least 15 minutes. I went and asked Maam do you have anymore cashiers since you're doing returns. Her reply was I needed to be patient very rudely and went back doing returns. I just put the stuff down and left. I'll be spending my money at Brass Pro for now on. This is the second time I have dealt with this rude employee. Come to find out she was some kind of manager there and that's how she treats customers. She needs to be fired.

Manager is also no help and overall wasted my time entirely. Would not recommend buying anything in general unless you’ve got 2 hours to stand in line up front. Better off going to Ally outdoors
