I was buying 11 shirts for an upcoming bachelor party. When they arrived, less than one week prior to needing them, they fit much smaller than anticipated. I immediately called customer service and spoke with John Randell. He was so helpful. He made sure I would get the new shirts in time and placed an order for replacements. Hopefully I get the new ones on time but given the responsiveness and ability to help me out through this process I give them 5 stars!!!!
