After receiving the email that our order was ready, we went to the store — but ended up waiting in line for over 45 minutes without a single associate greeting or assisting us. There were four cashiers at the registers and only a few customers checking out, so it wasn’t busy enough to justify the long wait or lack of acknowledgment. There was also another lady ahead of us who said she had been waiting for a long time as well and even told us, “good luck,” which she did not seem happy at all. I even left to grab a few more items and checked out separately while my husband continued waiting at the pickup area, and still, no one greeted or helped him. After that experience, we decided to cancel the online order and went to Cabela’s instead, where we were greeted immediately and received great service. I’ll be canceling my academy card
