A nice female sales rep introduced us to her colleague, Jaime Ortegon who works the men's section. He (Jaime), was prompt in greeting my wife and I, and was also very helpful in finding what I needed. It's refreshing to shop in a store where the salesperson is attentive and thoughtful. Thank you Jaime. We'll be back!

This Polo store set the bar pretty high, and other stores should follow. Alicia was my floor sales person, she was very knowledgeable about the store, prices, and discounts. She took her time to help me, and made sure that I was very comfortable around the store. I felt like an executive. Now, Polo is one of my top favorite brands, so often times I don't look for help when I go into the stores because often times I have an idea as to what I'm looking for. However, this store changed that with their hospitality. Alicia made you want to be there, engaging in just simple conversation. The check out lady was just as sweet, the smile, the engaging small conversation, it all just made this store stand out. Lastly, I have shopped at lots of Polo stores throughout the US, so I expect the standard Customer Service, but this store topped them all, the employees, the clothing, pricing, this was a great experience and I will be back. I don't know about the other Polo stores around Texas but if your near this one, stop and shop. I hope your experience is similar to mine ❤️

I stopped by to help my mother with a purchase and before I got there Claudia was already helping her on the floor making sure she found everything she needed. The manager on duty made sure we were being taken care of by staff at all times and Olivia at check out was extremely kind and patient with us both! My mother felt very welcomed, I appreciate how kind everyone was and the exceptional service they gave. Thank you
