Then when we made them aware of it they would not return to give us the ballon’s we paid for! Not to mention they charged about$50 for the balloon’s, We had to spend about a hour on the phone to get the company who hired them to refund the money! The flowers were not pretty at all! Service and customer service HORRIBLE! I did not verbally abuse anyone! I did not speak to this company until the following day! 1800Flowers stated the flowers could not be returned! For me to just throw them out AND I DID! I requested to return the flowers and they told me to throw them away! They did not cancel the order and return my money until you all would not return and issue the ballon’s! ONCE AGAIN THIS COMPANY IS HORRIBLE AND WILL NOT TAKE ACCOUNTABILITY FOR ANY ERROR! DO NOT USE THEM!
