I had purchased a Billie Frost watch from another store a month ago but they were unable to size it due to the unique double screw links. I had already been to 2 stores with no luck but when I came in... Rene was happy to help me..with limited tools he took on the challenge to remove 4 links even though it took 30+ mins. He was sooo patient and helpful!!! I can finally wear my beautiful watch..thank you Rene!!! MK if you're listening...give that man a raise!!! He truly deserves it!🥰🤩👍
