  Very dissatisfied with the service I received from the sales associate in the Galleria location. I was totally ignored after the sales associate finished with her customer before me. The sales associate was aware I was waiting for her. Instead she walked away and helped someone else. Since my purchase was a small amount. The sales associate decided to help someone with a higher price tag.

  I had such a great experience at this Louis Vuitton location! I went in to exchange a gift and Mike and Addison were amazing. They both went above and beyond to make sure I left completely happy. It is so rare to find sales people who are genuinely kind and so willing to help. If you stop in, make sure you ask for Mike or Addison.

  First off, no one asked me to leave this review- I’m doing this on my own. I’m giving this store five stars simply because of my experience with the sales representative, Marco. He helped find the perfect purse. His care and professionalism was exceptional. It’s rare to find such great sales persons like him who have the understanding as to how to treat others and will make you feel like it’s your special day!
