  The parking situation here is horrendous, but thankfully Gorjana validates for valet across the way. I came to this store today as I received a Gorjana gift from a friend a few months ago. I wear the mother-of-pearl sunset necklace daily. The service I received today was impeccable. I was welcomed and assisted by Jaz. What a fantastic, knowledgeable, and great stylist! She was honest with a few things I picked out, and I was able to make a purchase, which I am over the moon about daily. The layout of the store is beautiful and aesthetic. The warm tones are welcoming, and the displays are eye-catching. To be honest, I like Gorjana better than Kendra Scott. I am looking forward to returning for my future purchases.

  I have been looking at pieces online for weeks now and decided to stop by inside this location since I was in the area. Genesis was such a kind and warm welcome! I told her that I adored the fine collection, but was not ready to invest in those pieces yet so I would look at the plated selection.. and since my birthday is tomorrow, I wanted to treat myself to something nice. She asked questions regarding what I was looking for, what I liked, and my price point. She was so patient and took the time to find the perfect piece that I could afford in the fine collection. I am BLOWN AWAY. The customer service was 1000000/10! I left with the perfect necklace from the line I truly wanted. Thank you so much for the amazing experience! I can’t wait to come back again.

  Glad there is a storefront. The customer service was awesome. I was welcomed immediately as I entered. Staff was super friendly and helpful throughout. I walked away purchasing a few items and hope to return. Highly recommended.

  I really do love the brand and have purchased quite a few items. However, within a period of 6 months I have lost 3 bracelets do to the clasp coming undone. And every time I had doubled checked that it was fastened properly.. I attempted to take measures by asking if you sold additional clasps to double secure the bracelets since I really do like the brand.. But I guess its just bad manufacturing. Very disappointing.
