Well, that’s what happened to me today at the pop up clearance store, since they have advertising up to 70% off marked price I wanted to understand how to identify the different pricing, however Jacob the store manager decided my question was insignificant and dumb based on his response “is that what’s important to you” then proceeded to tell me I can do math, and rolled his eyes at me to then walk away without a reasonable response. Jacob not only is incompetent but I would say his behavior was discriminatory, I doubt he would have responded to me in the same way if I was a white male. Jacob has no business in customer service! Ps - thank you Trevor for stepping in and answer all my questions, I’m glad someone in the team has common sense to appreciate clients who chose to spend their money with your brand.
