I came to return an online purchase and although I was not able to without a shipping fee the manager was knowledgeable and pointed me to multiple factory locations that could take it for me for free. She was extremely hospitable and will go far in her career. The company is lucky to have such a customer centric employee!

When I asked Luis to document the reason for the refusal so I could address it with the company, he inaccurately wrote, “product is not in original condition,” which was completely false. Despite my repeated requests for him to correct this statement, he refused. I wasn’t blaming him for following store policy, but his refusal to provide an accurate explanation made it feel like he was trying to cover up the company’s fault. This experience was highly unprofessional and disappointing. Customer service should prioritize transparency and accountability, and this situation reflected neither.
