- PAPrince A1 day ago1.0Bought a shirt full price and noticed a couple of days later it went on sale. Asked if I could get the sale price since I just bought it and they told me to bring it in. That weekend I get there and I'm told I can't since the tag is off. I called the next day and get told that was a mistake and to bring it in. I come back that weekend and get told I can't because sale is over, but I can call customer service for help. I call customer service, they put me on hold and call the store, and the store tells customer service (but not me directly) I can get a sale... Now I have to drive another hour round trip for the 3rd time to get something simple corrected.
