It’s not this bank specifically but when you call customer service for citi bank you get off shore customer support which is absolutely horrible. You ask if you can speak to someone US based then they transfer you to someone who speaks the exact same. It’s very hard to understand them and they hang up on you they are very rude or they just leave you on hold. Tried to get someone that was US based for 45 minutes finally I got someone in the US thank god they resolved my problems and I was able to UNDERSTAND them. Talk to your off shore people because they are so rude it’s ridiculous. Do better citi

There are no clothes for kids in here for young boys at all it was horrible the selection was horrible there was no restocking I found two pair of 16 jeans in there it was the worst.
