She helped me find a few styles I was looking for and showed me where to find them in the store. And Nicole helped me at the checkout. She was also very sweet! We chatted & she helped me get my coupon applied to my order. Thank y’all both for being a light in your workplace and being friendly to me & other shoppers!
- CHCaitlin HarveySep 1, 20251.0Awful awful employees. At checkout I declined providing my phone number. I understand that’s her job to ask, I guess several times, and I am not mad that she asked. I am however upset that afterwards when she asked if I wanted a reusable bag and I declined, she rolled her eyes and said “didn’t think so.” The fitting room attendants also did not have any customer service skills but they were not disrespectful.
- CSCori SmithAug 2, 20251.0Love Aerie clothing but the girls that work there have a holier-than-thou attitude. Every time I go in there (I am not exaggerating) I am ignored. I went in just the other day, the girl working near the door just looked at me and said absolutely nothing. I was looking at clothes and she never said hello or offered to help. I walked by 4 employees while looking at merchandise and not a single one offered help, smiled, or said hello. Please, offer these girls some customer service training.
