Go to pick it up and it is not assembled, I say it says can be assembled online. They say no problem, come back in 2 hours and we’ll have it assembled. I come back to the store after they marked it picked up, and lo and behold it is not assembled. I couldn’t just cancel my order since they marked it picked up so I had to waste more of my time waiting in line for their customer service. If you’re going to promise something to a customer please be sure to actually live up to those words. No apology, no let’s make this right. Don’t let them waste your time as well.
