- RDRed Desd3 days ago1.0The stores it self has great front end customer service however whoever runs this store I believe his name is Scott Edward’s is Doing a horrible job a used to come in to Academy everyday sometimes just to see some of my favorite cashiers who always helped and regardless of me never wanting the academy credit card they always offered I’ve never seen any managers help out in the front end besides Tamie who is always very helpful I wrote this out because I feel I will no longer be coming back here it’s not the same as it once was
