  The one employee who checked me out at the front desk was great. But when I went out to get the rental, I asked about how to use it since never used that particular machine before, he was not helpful at all, showed how to start it but I told him that starting isn't the issue. Told him again how to set up and use it and pretty much ignored me. And the tires were flat, had to sir them up when I got home. The pull starting rope would also get stuck and not fully rewind after starting, got pretty annoying since the machine would take several attempts to start. Will not be going back here again.
