They helped me return my order quickly and efficiently which was a nice change of pace and why this is a 2 and not a 1. But I’m incredibly disappointed by the staff at the jewelry counter. They don’t greet you which causes confusion on if anyone is even at the counter. Even if they’re assisting a customer, given the few staff members in this section having someone to at least greet/let you know they are there would be helpful. I signed the sign in sheet and waited near 20-30 minutes when there was only one individual in front of me. I was in the jewelry section and actively listened for my name. No one called me nor checked to see if I was available. When I tried to ask what happened they stated I would just have to resign in when there were 3 additional people there now and that of I had left the area there was nothing I could do. As I mentioned. I did not leave this department. I was feet away from the jewelry counter. It’s ridiculous and not the first time this type of experience has happened with their jewelry department.
