- HHHeartJan 3, 20263.0It's a typical JCPenney just dirtier. This specific location seemed kind of run down. Not sure if that has anything to do with the mass closings. There is plenty of parking available. The location is ok I guess near the freeway and newish neighborhoods. Not much else to it.

LOL conversed with people while I waited in line that was long Cashiers were smiling but you could tell they were tired. Got out of that line to go over to the pick up line. Line not so long there, picked up my item spoke to one person in line came home. Easy!!! And on Thursday I wait for other package. So yes, I like this JC Penny on the Eastside of town. Thank you.
