- JVJose Velasco4 days ago1.0Was super excited to visit our newest Academy Sports and Outdoor store in El Paso only to be disappointed by zero customer service. I wasn’t greeted when I walked in. I had questions but not one person in the entire store walked up to ask if I needed anything. It’s all about the customer service especially when you are a brick and mortar. (November 19, 2025 at 11:00 AM was my visit time) A lot of employees congregated and I clearly noticed at least 1 supervisor but still no attention)

- HVHelena VNov 17, 20252.0Only reason I’m giving 2 stars is because Kaj in firearms was very nice. My husband waited for almost two hours for the floor lead to sign off on his gun purchase, when the store manager came by he told us that he wants to go home because he has been there since 530 am, but then later on still popped up doing random stuff. We were there with two kids waiting forever to pay a 1500 dollar gun. Again Kaj was amazing, the rest (especially the red haired floor lead in firearms) need lessons in customer service.
