    Thank you Marcus! We walked in to try on the Meta Glasses Gen 2 and Marcus was helpful in showing us the different options, styles, and types available. We left like 5-10 minutes later with a pair of the glasses plus the polarized lenses. Excited to use them this week and beyond. Thanks Marcus and Ray-Ban!

    Employees are rude, lazy, and confrontational. We went in to look at the Meta glasses and no one was willing to help us. A woman was literally leaning on one of the display cases and we had to interrupt her break. Another sales associate approached us and was very confrontational right from the beginning of the interaction.

    Didn’t know you have to have an appointment just to enter the store. Ok, I’ll wait. I was told it would be a 30 minute wait and then I was told it would be an hour wait. No problem three sales associates told me they would call or text me when they were ready for me. I’ve never received the call and I’m still waiting. Sad, horrible customer service. I’ll go to Best Buy.

    The team at North Park is A-1. I mixed up my Ray-Ban Meta Display Demo location and didn't have enough time to make my scheduled appointment. Disappointed because I booked the appointment over a month ago, the team took the time to squeeze me in to their busy schedule. The staff was professional, super sweet, beyond helpful and informative. One of the team members is super new. As in this is only her 3rd day. If she didn't tell it. I never would have known it. Goes to show the training at this location is perfect.

    Great experience. Kelley helped me find the right pair of sunglasses for my oversized head. Hahaha. Listen to what I wanted, explain the different lenses, explained the warranty, which was optional - And for a person like me is a great deal. For me to be giving a review of us shopping for sunglasses Speaks volumes because I absolutely hate trying to find sunglasses that look decent on me. She was great
