They stole my money!! $405!! I ordered a pair of meta glasses online and returned them a week later because of how big and heavily on the ears they were. I returned them via mail, tracked the package and saw it arrived. For over a month I inquired about my refund and each time I was told it will be in my account within days. They even sent an email stating this. It’s now 1.5 months and I still don’t have my refund. There’s no supervisor that I can talk to or anything I just keep calling and keep getting the same story. I don’t have the glasses or my money. I would never ever recommend RayBan, matter of fact it will be quite the opposite. Like I said, they steal from their customers!!!

Won't answer phone. Voicemail full. Website lists location hours as closed every day. Got on wait-list for Meta Display glasses but it's literally a paper list. Can't check the status without showing up in person. Weird to try to buy one of the most technologically advanced things on the market by being placed on a paper wait list that you can't check on because employees can't be bothered to answer the phones.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ The Ray-Ban store at NorthPark Mall in Dallas is excellent. The store is clean, modern, and very well organized, making it easy to browse all the latest styles. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful without being pushy. They took the time to answer questions, explain lens options, and make sure everything fit perfectly. The overall experience felt professional and relaxed, and the quality of the sunglasses is exactly what you’d expect from Ray-Ban. Highly recommend stopping here if you’re shopping at NorthPark.

This Ray-Ban store in Dallas is grossly mismanaged. They never answer their phone, which shows a complete lack of respect for customers’ time. If you need help, you’re essentially forced to show up in person because basic communication doesn’t exist here. What made this experience worse is that the staff clearly do not understand Ray-Ban’s own policies. I was given flat-out incorrect information regarding my glasses and warranty/return options, and instead of fixing the issue, they doubled down on their mistakes. No accountability, no effort to help — just misinformation and deflection. For a premium brand, this level of incompetence is unacceptable. This location creates problems instead of solving them and turns simple customer service issues into exhausting ordeals. Do yourself a favor and avoid this store entirely. If you want real help, go straight to corporate.
