We left like 5-10 minutes later with a pair of the glasses plus the polarized lenses. Excited to use them this week and beyond. Thanks Marcus and Ray-Ban!

A woman was literally leaning on one of the display cases and we had to interrupt her break. Another sales associate approached us and was very confrontational right from the beginning of the interaction.

No problem three sales associates told me they would call or text me when they were ready for me. I’ve never received the call and I’m still waiting. Sad, horrible customer service. I’ll go to Best Buy.

Disappointed because I booked the appointment over a month ago, the team took the time to squeeze me in to their busy schedule. The staff was professional, super sweet, beyond helpful and informative. One of the team members is super new. As in this is only her 3rd day. If she didn't tell it. I never would have known it. Goes to show the training at this location is perfect.
