They never Anwser the phone when a customer is trying to get information. Also the mailbox is full and you can’t even leave a message for a follow up call.

Staff is rude! A lady with blondish hair was standoffish and not approachable for questions. She literally kept walking past me acting like she was busy. I left and purchased my Items elsewhere.

I had an incredibly disappointing experience at this store today. I received a pair of Ray-Ban Meta glasses for Christmas and brought them in just 48 hours later to upgrade to a different style and pay the difference.
The most insulting part was the staff telling me I should just "try reselling them" myself. I came to an official Ray-Ban store expecting a premium exchange process, not to be told to go play salesman on the internet because they didn't want to deal with a holiday return.
They clearly don't care about customer loyalty or the fact that these were a brand-new gift. Terrible policy and even worse attitude. Save yourself the headache and don’t shop here. RAY-BAN DO BETTER!!!!!!!!!!

Disappointing and Unprofessional Management — Policy Ignored Repeatedly
I rarely leave reviews, but this experience was unacceptable and clearly not an isolated incident.
During my visit to this location, the store manager refused to honor a return that was clearly allowed by:
• the printed receipt
• the company website
• the posted store return policy
Despite meeting every requirement, I was dismissed and treated with unnecessary rudeness. When I referenced the written policy, the manager doubled down and refused to help, showing no interest in resolving the issue or offering alternatives.
After leaving, I was surprised to see numerous reviews describing the exact same behavior—customers being denied valid returns, spoken to disrespectfully, and made to feel as though company policy is optional at this location. This points to a management problem, not a one-off misunderstanding.
This is especially disappointing because the brand itself promotes customer satisfaction and transparency. Unfortunately, that standard is not reflected here. A store manager who openly disregards company policy damages customer trust and the brand’s reputation.

If you value fair treatment and policies being honored, be cautious shopping at this location.
To corporate:
Please take the time to review this store’s management practices and customer complaints. This pattern of behavior suggests immediate intervention is needed.

I had an outstanding experience shopping for sunglasses at the Ray-Ban store in NorthPark Center. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was welcoming and organized, making browsing effortless in a space dedicated to classic and stylish eyewear. What truly made the visit exceptional was the support I received from Kelley. She was extremely knowledgeable about the product line, patient with my questions, and genuinely invested in helping me find the perfect pair of sunglasses. Her professionalism, efficiency, and friendly attitude made the process quick and enjoyable — especially impressive during a busy weekend at the mall.
