  I recently visited this store to return an item from online purchase. The staff at the shoes section was exceptional. The seamless experience was such a pleasure. There were so many options in each section.I definitely look forward to a shopping visit.

  I came to return a pair of shoes I bought online. I walked up to a check out counter and an associate was talking with who I presumed to be a customer, so I wanted to let her finish her conversation. After standing there for about a minute, the associate then walked away from the counter after she noticed me standing there. I was also ignored by another associate stocking clothes. It shouldn’t take 3 employees to notice that someone standing at a counter needs assistance. Highly disappointed!

  I had such an amazing experience with Eva yesterday. My husband and I had just briefly stopped by the Tom Ford counter, and Eva approached us with such kindness and talked to the both of us like we were longtime friends and it was so sweet. I haven’t experienced that in such a long time with a sales associate before. For a while now I’ve been struggling to find a Tom Ford scent that I resonate with the most and she was so welcoming and kind, and I didn’t feel judged by her in the slightest like I have in the past with other associates when it comes to prestige and high-end perfumes. I just wanted to say thank you so much Mrs. Eva. You are such a kind soul. Thank you for making my experience so special. She also hooked me up with two samplers and gave me special tips and tricks. I just adore her!!

  Avoid Dior makeup counter! I have been shopping and having my make up done in Nordstrom by several of the make up counters. While Chanel counter has always been my go to, unfortunately, my two favorite makeup artist there recently left. I settled for Dior, since they had their top national make up artist in from Houston (Amy).. it was an all-around awful experience. From the moment I got there, she was rude, rough, and uninviting. So much so that I did not think she could possibly be the Head makeup artist that was in town. She then informed me that she was the head makeup artist, and I was shocked at how horrible her customer service skills were. not only was she rude to me the entire time and made me feel very uncomfortable, the entire counter was bad mouthing nearby customers and other Nordstrom employees the entire time. I explained to Amy that it was my birthday and that while my boyfriend had already planned to take me there the following day to buy make up for my gift, I did want to buy a couple of items from her to simply say thank you for taking the time to do my make up. after I left, she and her staff then badmouth me relentlessly; not realizing that I had friends at a nearby counter who overheard them. They talked about how I was rude and said that I said things that I absolutely never said. They then complained how I only bought two items from them; even though buying items when getting a makeover is not necessary, nor should it be expected. I was insanely disappointed in the experience, as I have always loved Dior make up. However, I will absolutely never be purchasing anything from Dior ever again and I will be sure to let all of my friends and family know to avoid the counter there as well. Such a shame, Dior used to be all about customer service and providing amazing quality service to all of it’s customers - that is no longer the case. RIP Dior.

  I recently visited this store to buy my son’s very first pair of shoes, and unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. I had heard great things about the “first shoe ceremony” Nordstrom offers, but the employee who helped us didn’t seem interested in assisting. She barely engaged when I asked about the ceremony and made little effort to help us find the right shoes. What should’ve been a special milestone felt rushed and impersonal. To make things worse, when we were leaving and I asked for a balloon for my son, she told me to just grab one instead of handing it to me. Small gestures go a long way, especially for families celebrating moments like this, and I really wish we had received the warm, attentive service Nordstrom is known for.
