He helped me and told me to come back the next day and bring my watch with me since I didn't have it the first day. When I brought it back, he was able to help me and then some. He did everything he could and even pointed me in the right direction to get even more service help to the corporate level. Absolute gem of a representative for the store but also the brand. I will 100% recommend him as well as will go back to the store.
