  With the price of these watches and market competition I expected exceptional customer service.  I am very disappointed with breitling and the Dallas store!!!

  Good watches. Bad customer follow up. Purchased a watched 3 weeks ago with the promise of a free strap to fit my larger wrist. It was to arrive within 1 week and the saleSman would call. Two week passed. No call. I called to inquire to be told the sale and was off and would call with an update once back in the shop. One more week passed. No call. I called to be told that there are delays as we approach the holidays. Zero call backs Zero apologies I let them know i would just buy the strap at a different store and that was fine with them. Great products sold by indifferent people. Update. They called and were willing to give me a strap belonging to another customer who didn't show up. I declined.

  Great collection of watches , found what I wanted and love the watch. The salesperson told the watch is non refundable right after the transaction got completed. It was like a planned game, the primary salesperson handed over to another person to complete the transaction. Salesperson didn’t explain the feature of the watch before the payment. Told me not to wear in pool because it’s not waterproof after the payment was made. Not sure if it’s breitling way of doing business or the store policy but that was the experience.

  Great location, awesome staff, didn’t purchase here as I was traveling, but got my eyes on Breitling now.
