  Bruce was who I had the misfortune of dealing with and it single handedly made me never want to buy an AP again. I have purchased from other brands (Vacheron, Patek) and have never dealt with such disrespectful behaviour in my life. Bruce was extremely dismissive and condescending. He did not even have the courtesy to shake hands upon arrival, let alone greet me or my girlfriend (even though we made an appointment). It was such a bad experience, we left early and didn't even want to finish building our profile. AP corporate should really look into how these people are representing the brand. I have never left a bad review in my life but this experience was so poor, I had no other option but to leave an honest review.

  The doorman was very professional; however, the saleswoman who greeted me came across as extremely rushed. She seemed eager to end the interaction quickly, spoke at an unusually fast pace, and gave the impression that she was uninterested in providing a quality experience. At one point, I mentioned that she seemed a bit tired (since she appeared eager to wrap up the service). She replied, “What do you mean? You look like you need some sleep yourself,” which I found quite unprofessional and made the interaction even more uncomfortable. When I extended my hand for a handshake, she didn’t even make the effort to fully reach out — a gesture that felt dismissive and disrespectful. For a brand like Audemars Piguet, such behavior is unacceptable. The management team should seriously evaluate the training and professionalism of their staff, and reconsider the eligibility of this particular sales representative at the Highland Park Village boutique in Dallas, TX.

  Had to leave this honest review! I was in town on a work trip and had a last-minute request (my idiot coworker manage to drop my watch and the small strap screw broke), so I stopped by AP Dallas after calling the team over here. — and I’m so glad I did. Cory and Charles were incredibly helpful and took care of me the very same day right before closing. Their customer service was outstanding — professional, friendly, and efficient. Despite the short notice, they went out of their way to make sure everything was handled smoothly and quickly. It’s rare to receive that level of care, especially as a walk-in. Huge thanks to Cory, Charles, and the entire team at AP Dallas. You made a stressful situation very easy, and I truly appreciate it. Highly recommend checking this store out! They have good people over there!

  DO NOT even try to buy an AP from this store. A whole bunch entitled individuals that think you need to kiss their feet to own a watch. Theirs this curly headed woman especially that you need to stay away from. Very disrespectful individual and surprised she still has a job here.
