One was very kind but the other lady was the most condescending sales associate I have ever encountered ( unfortunately we didn’t get her name but she had an accent). She had a snarky remark for everything and was saying that all Prada bags outside the US were inferior ( my cousin mentioned she was going to Europe). I get you want to make a sale but bullying your customers is not the way to do it.
