  I do enjoy shopping here. The sales staff in the shoe department were friendly and very helpful and I got the shoes I wanted!😊 However, I wish I had gotten the name of the employee that was making a scene infront of children and customers. I'm not sure if he was an assistant manager but by ther way he was barking orders to the people at the registers and customer service person, I assume he is some sort of manager. He was cleaning out a locker or something like it near the customer service desk and literally throwing items into a basket with his voice raised and saying stuff like, people need to do their job and stop making mine harder, and then raised his voice to the guy at customer service to take care of something, and they guy calmly and professionally told him that as soon as he was finished helping customers that he would take care of what needed to be done. But whoever this older, bald guy was, should be fired for the way he was acting out. I have worked in retail and understand the challenges but NO ONE should EVER act out the way he was. Even the children standing by were appalled at his behavior, and they were probably between 8-10 years old. I so wish I had gone over and confronted him or got his name, because I would have called corporate and had him fired.

  I recently spoke on the phone with a representative firearms department (I believe his name was Caleb or Taylor — I’m sorry if I got the name wrong). He was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He took the time to answer all of my questions thoroughly and provided clear, detailed information about purchasing firearms and related applications. Thank you for the great support

  Great place, great discounts, the only downside is that the items aren't the same at every store; some places have the same items while others have better ones.

  Okay I had a coupon for new email sign up and said I already used it when I hadn't and I even got another email the that day and the next day saying to hurry up and use the coupon before it expires
