Kiera and Juan were super friendly and never made us feel like we were a burden. We bought two ride-on toys, and the manager, Frank, so kindly offered to assemble them for us at no cost! Truly a 10/10 experience. We aren’t from this area, but we would definitely travel back to Corsicana just to visit this Academy again.

I went to Academy sports to purchase some Predator Urine to evict a family of skunks from my backyard. 5pm in the afternoon and there was more employees than patrons. The item I needed was advertised in store, after looking everywhere I went to the hunting section to ask. The assistant manager "short haired brunette with pink shirt and another associate simply said they dont know and I could look it up online. Instead of them doing their job by checking inventory or verifying the website showed in stock, they Instead choose to be extremely lazy. This is my 7th straight time going to Academy sports and running into useless employees with ZERO customer service. I had an Academy card with a $10K limit and NEVER used it. Not sure how you stay in business.
